3Elements Construction

From the moment we met Michael we knew we were in safe hands. During the first couple of meetings he came up with some great ideas and knew exactly what we wanted. We had our kitchen fully renovated including opening it up in our unused dining room. Costs were broken down immediately and stuck to, and a plan was put in place for each stage. Each trade was lined up perfectly, and there were never any empty days which we loved! Everyone was so friendly and worked so hard to complete their part on time ready for the next! The finished product has exceeded our expectations and can't recommend them enough. Will definitely be using again! Thank you!!

Cannot recommend another company enough. Everyone was on the ball constantly, keeping me updated keeping costs down for me based on my budgets and never doing anything out of the plan without discussions first. We knocked into my garage to give an extension look to the outside. They cleaned up every bit of mess after each day! Completely transformed my home and I couldn't be more pleased! Would recommend to anyone.

3Elements Construction built us a two storey extension to give us some extra room for our growing family. They started the foundations a few weeks before the first lockdown as we booked them for a spring start the year before. Given the uncertainty and difficulties we all faced at that time they went above and beyond to keep the project moving. With three young children they were considerate and respectful and communicated with us at all steps along the way. Since the extension has been completed Michael and Kane have always been available for advice and support, even helping us out recently when a dishwasher installation didn't go to plan. We are very grateful to have found a friendly and reliable team that we trust and know they'll be our first call with future house projects. Thank you all for your professionalism and hardwork.

A truly exceptional construction business that has conducted extensive work on my house. They've rebuilt a garage extension, kitchen and remodelled my conservatory. The garage is built to an exceptionally high standard and will easily convert to a living area if wished in the future because of how it has been cleverly structured. Every care was taken to match bricks and provide indoor and outdoor electricity access & lighting. The kitchen looks beautiful and despite having a lot more storage now, looks so much bigger with the new doorway and units. The new layout and modern lighting is ultra amazing! The conservatory floor and new lighting is a huge improvement. Whenever any issues arose, Michael and Kane responded immediately, without any delays whatsoever! They reassured us throughout the process and came up with fabulous ideas we hadn't even considered. They were respectful of our home and are honest, reliable and kind. They give the construction industry a great name! I am very confident in recommending 3Elements for any works you'll need.

3 Elements came recommended by several previous clients and they did not disappoint. Michael was happy to come out initially and spend time giving us advice, even though we hadn’t decided if we were using their company. And one of the reasons we were happy to wait for them to be able to start as they were so busy. Both Michael and Kane were always ready to help and offer advice. And available when needed. Communication was good. All of the guys who worked on the extension and downstairs renovations were polite and friendly. Respectful too. Everything was finished to a high standard. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
