2 Women And A Bucket

They required a £10 deposit to book, which I was happy to give. When it came to the time and day I'd booked them for, I received a Facebook message saying they could not find my property. No problem, I thought. I made every attempt possible to help them find me, but to no avail. Responses to my messages were extremely delayed and lacking information. They refused to give me their mobile phone number so I could assist them further, so they did not show. They then accused me of "sending me on a run around" and that it was my fault as I did no provide the correct address. This is entirely untrue. I then asked for my deposit back and they continued to ignore me, leaving me out of pocket. Totally unacceptable business practice and an utter scam.

Absolutely over the moon with the service and clean received. Attention to detail, care and pride taken are much appreciated, highly recommend. Best cleaning company out there!
