Haven't had to use them yet as only just taken out the contract. very easy to set up at a great price especially if you take the option of the xtra £5 to secure the same payment for 3 years. Bargain for what's offered and much better than British Gas renewal price i was given after being with them for 9 years.

am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company. Over the past 10 to 15 days, my boiler has been completely out of order, and despite numerous attempts to seek assistance, the problem remains unresolved. I have experienced considerable frustration with the customer service team. It appears that only a few members of staff, primarily female employees, are handling inquiries, and regrettably, most interactions have been met with rudeness and a lack of helpfulness. This is highly disappointing for a company operating in the insurance sector. Moreover, the service I have received has been wholly inadequate. I have been passed from one department to another, then redirected to a different company entirely, with no tangible progress towards repairing my boiler. During a recent conversation with a customer service representative, I was told that no special priority could be given, regardless of the fact that I have children at home who have been left without hot water. Such an attitude is not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning from a customer care perspective. Given these circumstances, I cannot in good conscience recommend your insurance services to anyone. I consider it a waste of money to purchase a policy from your company, which evidently does not provide the support and service promised. If it were possible, I would rate your company below one star for the experience I have endured. I trust you will take this complaint seriously and address the issues within your customer service department and claims handling process. I expect a prompt resolution to my boiler problem and an explanation for the unacceptable treatment I have received.

Radi the gas engineer from Avon Ruby arrived on time and carried out the annual service on our Worcester Bosch central heating/hot water boiler. Radi did an excellent job and explained everything to me. Everything was left clean and tidy. The service was arranged for us through YourRepair with whom we have insured our boiler and central with. The insurance policy includes a full annual service service. Thank you

Unable to complete on-line (my fault!), phoned company, answered quickly and professionally, all sorted, appointment booked. Engineer arrived at time given - unable to repair, ordered parts, further appointment booked, came back mended machine. Everything done easily and smoothy, everyone pleasant and professional throughout. Very happy, would - and have - recommend.

**Boiler cover — unless your boiler breaks when you actually need it.** I took out boiler cover with YourRepair expecting it to protect me from unexpected repair costs. Unfortunately, when the boiler at my rental property failed just before Christmas, the service proved largely useless in practice. The boiler completely failed on 22 December, leaving my tenants without heating and hot water. I contacted YourRepair immediately, but the earliest appointment they could offer was 24 December. As a landlord I have a legal obligation to restore heating and hot water promptly, and leaving tenants without heat over Christmas simply wasn’t an option. I therefore arranged a Gas Safe engineer to attend immediately. The issue was diagnosed and repaired the next morning – a failed pressure relief valve (PRV), which YourRepair themselves confirmed is a covered part under their plan. The repair cost £540. Despite accepting that the part was covered, YourRepair refused to reimburse the repair in full because I arranged my own engineer rather than waiting two days for theirs. Their final offer was only £170 toward the repair (plus refund of the £95 call-out fee). In other words, the cover only seems to work if you are prepared to leave your property without heating for days while waiting for their engineer. If you act responsibly and fix the problem quickly – especially in winter – you may end up paying most of the cost yourself. Potential customers, particularly landlords, should be aware of how this policy works in practice before relying on it.
