Your Local Window Cleaning

I had a salesman come to my door offering this service for £15. I had agreed to get the front and the back done. However, I had reiterated to the salesmen that I want to be notified a day prior to the clean. As I do not want to be woken up by a window cleaner. They came on Wednesday morning, at 7:30am. My partner and I both work late at night so this person waking me up that early had annoyed me as I had asked to be notified before they come! I had no notification so I asked them to leave. They still tried to charge me £10.80 for a clean that left my window and my blinds covered in streaks and dirt. It was better that they didn't come at all. I would give 1 star but the customer service is pretty good once I had rang on the phone to cancel the window cleaning for us. It was our first and last time using this service as I can clean the windows better myself.

I signed up for my front windows only to be done as I don't have an entrance into my back garden, the window cleaner comes in the last week of every month around 7.30am, when they get cleaned and I use that word loosely, I get a message and then I go online and pay using their app, so they came last on the 21st August 2026 and I paid that night, I then cancelled any future cleans because to be fair, I could do better myself, anyway I receive a message on Monday 31st August at 8.30am saying 'Hi there, we see you’ve cancelled your services and we’re sorry to see you go. You do still have a balance outstanding on your account and we’d ask you to pay this by return. If you require support or would like to reinstate your service we’d love to hear from you by contacting 03330002012. So I emailed them with proof I'd paid August's bill and I rang them on the Tuesday 1st September to say I've paid and don't owe anything, to be told I apparently I hadn't paid my July bill when he came on the 1st of July, I explained he doesn't come on the 1st he comes at the end of the month and I owe nothing, after a bit of back and forth, he still insisted I had to pay until I told him I had a receipt for July, they said they would look into it and not send any more messages, I would not recommend this service to anyone for the residential side of this company but the commercial side is fantastic and do an excellent job.

I don't have a clue how this business operates. (Wakefield) A door salesman helped me set up a monthly £20 plan for window cleaning. It took weeks to actually have anyone visit, and they didn't arrive on the day they texted they were coming. No apologies, no updates, they just turned up a week later. The window cleaner, born yesterday, spent about three minutes on the whole house. He splashed water on a window, didn't clean the top living room window or doors as the salesman promised, barely touched the back and left our gate wide open. I called and asked for a redo, and was told it would be rescheduled to send someone out. Three weeks later - no redo. I called to chase up and they told me on the day I called for a redo, it was cancelled and I've never been charged. Zero record of EVEN THE FIRST TIME THEY VISITED, despite me literally phoning somebody about it. What kind of admin is this? Cancelled there and then. Absolute joke.

A nice young man called & signed me up. Promised me all my windows, frames, doors would be cleaned. Young man came & did a worse job than I can do. He didn't clean my frames, left them splashed, missed some bits of my patio/front window & the windows on the side, didn't clean my door. Promised a free reclean last Friday & they didn't turn up. £22 for absolutely nothing. Cancelled.

First cancelled this service back in February. They keep invoicing me even though it was cancelled. Last month no one replied, no one answered the phone. Nothing and then I get another one this month. They haven’t been to my house since before cancelling in February but they keep invoicing me and despite emailing them and requesting my details get removed from their system, this ridiculousness keeps happening. Please don’t ask me to call - no one answers. You should be able to find my details from my name + harrogate.
