This is a genuine, up to date, HONEST Review- no AI, no bribe reviews for a discount or online cheating!! Unreliable, constantly changes times so you are unable to plan in work, incredibly flakey and disappears for months with no reason - used to do an ok job about 18/24 months ago (well his staff did rather than Sam, he just collects the money) but now the opposite service despite regular sorrys - He charges £75 for a below average job for a 2bed house - avoid using him if you want peace, it is far too stressful if you just want a reliable, professional window cleaning 😩 **Update- I asked you not to lie Sam - you contacted me privately late last night and asked me to change my review- you offered me a free clean ( by you no less….) if I did. Let’s try and be factual Sam at least!! I told you that I would not take up your offer as that would be dishonest of me. I didn’t write a review to get something for nothing, I wrote it because I was exasperated, tired of waiting for your promises to turn into action, sick of the….. oh he’s on his way or oh he should be there by now…… you’d keep that up to fill the odd hour or two (that’s when you responded, which was too rare), I NEVER write reviews, but this and your service needs calling out! Why would I put up a TRUTHFUL review, based on nearly 2years experience with you, your staff (I note some of their reviews below👋 - who do your cleaning for you, did when they attended, try to do a good job for your firm- so many of them genuinely lovely humans), if I’d then come back on here and changed everything I’d said because of what you asked me in a late night request? What would that make me? It wouldn’t make me honest or honourable, so AGAIN Sam…… no thanks!! Trying to bribe and guilt trip a customer to change an honest review isn’t a good look, nor is how this should be managed. As I said last night, I’m happy to pay for an honest, professional service- 2years is a long time to wait for you to change your approach to a business and customers that have tried to hang in there for you. Please accept that me and your other disappointed customers wish you no ill will, we all hope this is your wake up call and either you start to treat this like a full time job that your really committed to OR you find a new passion. Customer service clearly isn’t your bag! Now please Sam, don’t twist the truth and leave it at that!
