Had the colour paint required but not in 'silk'. Did not have mirror fixings was looking for in stock. However had Dulux brilliant white at an excellent price. Purchased that. Helpful staff.

Visited this store to look at kitchen units and worktops. Lovely selection Great choice and array of colours. With 15% off ( price over £1500) and 15% trade diccount that was 30% off kitchen price, bought kitchen that day, bargain!! Thanks wickes

Having a new kitchen installed by Wickes. Excellent outstanding service from Katie. We had to defer for 6 months and she was very understanding. No pushy sales talk. No constant harassment. She waited until we contacted her, then came back out to talk us through the design, layout and appliance options. Went to the store to see her recommendations, and she spent time going through the different units, work surfaces and tiling options. Katie was very knowledgeable on the Wickes products and aware of our budget. She didn't try to upsell or push any unnecessary items or appliances on us like other kitchen companies I had spoken too. She made sure we had everything covered in the budget and that nothing was hidden or unexpectedly added on afterwards. Katie has a real passion for customer service and care, is a credit to Wickes and obviously loves helping people which really comes through. I would completely recommend that anyone wanting a new kitchen go and speak to Katie and her colleagues at Wickes. You will get an honest assessment and quote of your requirements within your budget. Awful after service once you sign the contract to get a kitchen fitted, no help their side, we had important plans we could not change and they are not helping us to have a different delivery date, wish we never went with them, the fitter was going to charge nearly £400 to disconnect and re-connect a dishwasher. You might has well pay more and go somewhere like Howdens!

Eddie was outstanding he went the extra mile as i was unable to carry my item myself, he took it to the till and also to my car ! You don't cone across people this helpful very offen , hes outstanding 100% wickes top employee!!!!
