Whites Of Winchester

I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Whites of Winchester. As the manager of a very successful lettings agency in Andover, and I have relied on their services for the past few years. Their team consistently demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and competitive pricing. I have always found them to be incredibly accommodating, and Matthew's extensive knowledge has been particularly invaluable. I wholeheartedly recommend Whites of Winchester to anyone in need of their services.

As the Senior Head of Lettings at Hamptons, I work with a wide range of contractors on a daily basis, and I can say with confidence that this team stands out as one of the most reliable and consistently high-performing companies we’ve partnered with. They have supported us across numerous properties, handling everything from routine maintenance and emergency repairs to full-scale refurbishments. Communication is exceptional - clear, timely, and proactive. They understand the pressures of managing tenanted properties and always approach each job with sensitivity, respect, and a strong awareness of the importance of minimising disruption. The quality of their workmanship is consistently excellent, and I am always impressed by their attention to detail, accountability, and ability to deliver on schedule, even when deadlines are tight. What truly sets them apart is their problem-solving mindset. They provide practical solutions, transparent pricing, and a standard of finish that both landlords and tenants continually praise. I would highly recommend this contractor to any landlord, agent, or property professional looking for a trustworthy, capable, and highly skilled team. They have become one of our most dependable partners, and their work has significantly contributed to the smooth running of our portfolio. A well-deserved five stars. Thank you Matt and Mark and all the Team at Whites
