I've been a customer of Wessex Fire & Security for over 8 years now. They are seriously good. They know to send the same inspection engineer each year to look at both systems installed here. It's a very thorough, very reassuring inspection and the follow up service is excellent too. We recently had a visit from a Wessex Fire & Security engineer for routine maintenance on our fire and alarm systems, and I have to say, the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The engineer turned up on time, was friendly and professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They took the time to explain everything as they went, worked efficiently, and left the place spotless. We inherited a Wessex Fire & Security intruder alarm when we purchased our house 14 years ago, together with the annual service contract. Never having had a burglar alarm before, we have been delighted with the alarm, the annual checks by knowledgable, helpful, friendly engineers and the response from their customer service department to the (very few) "technical problems" we have had. I am happy to recommend unreservedly.
