ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE … BE WARNED ! Kyle verbally agreed to complete tiling work at an extensive rental property I own. We arranged to meet and he never showed. I waited 2 hrs for him. He neither called to cancel or explain. I repeatedly telephoned him over many days to see why he let me down. His phone continuously goes to voice mail when he recognises my number. He’s very unreliable, and I would absolutely NOT recommend him as a contentious, genuine workman…..just another ‘cowboy’ out there. Be aware he could also treat you in the same way and you too could be in the same position.
