Wallseal Preservation

I would strongly recommend David and the team at Wallseal if you need wall repair. You will get reliability, quality and great communication throughout the job, from the initial survey right through to the end. I had replacement wall-tie work done on my 1930s semi, and the guys went above and beyond during a February month of extremely challenging weather. Despite this, the work was done to an excellent standard, everything was professional and thorough, all debris was tidied away after and I'm very pleased with the result. A big job was made as comfortable as possible by a team with decades of experience.

Extraction unit installation for condensation and mould control in Sunderland. Highly professional and efficient company. From contacting the company initially to the work being completed was an extremely smooth process. David from the company was so knowledgeable about what was needed, and was open and honest about what this would cost. The work was completed with great care, both job wise and customer care wise. Communication was amazing. I would highly recommend Wallseal Preservation, and would have no hesitation in going back to them in the future. Thankyou from a very happy customer!

I recently hired Wall Seal Preservation to carry out damp proofing work on two of my rental properties, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. David was outstandingly professional from start to finish. He communicated clearly, arrived on time, and took great care to explain the work being carried out. The standard of workmanship was excellent, and both jobs were completed to a very high standard. What really stood out was how clean and tidy everything was left afterwards—something that’s especially important when managing rental properties. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Wall Seal Preservation to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality damp proofing services.

Wallseal Preservation were recommended to me by a friend having previously had work done. As a first time buyer, I had the Pre Purchase Rising Damp survey carried out. The report was an easy to read and understand. When I got the property I got in touch with David, I handed my keys over and had a holiday! The work and communication was great. Very pleased. I have now decided to get my bathroom done - who else would I ask. See you tomorrow!!

Very professional, effective, personal and friendly. Twice they have installed an extractor fan for me, and both times it went without issue and the result was perfect. I wouldn't use anyone else!
