Vital Facilities Solutions

We've been really impressed with the service provided by Vital Facilities across the care homes we manage. The quality of their cleaning has been consistently high, and they've shown great attention to detail. What really stood out was their communication and reliability. They’ve been easy to reach, quick to respond, and always clear with scheduling and updates. The staff are friendly, professional, and respectful, which makes a real difference in a care environment. They’ve worked efficiently without disrupting day-to-day routines, and that’s been hugely appreciated. Overall, a dependable, high-quality service that we’d be happy to recommend.

Our job was quickly carried out and we were delighted with the results! On top of that, Cameron and Luke were a pleasure to work with and a credit to Vital Facilities.

A great development of our overgrown and neglected outdoor area. The team was reliable, friendly and worked highly professional. The results speak for themselves and our children and young people have now a great space to play and chill outside

Many thanks for the work your gardeners provided today. Even though it was their first visit, they did a tremendous job and gives the school confidence for the future.

Good service.
