Vision Technicians Window Cleaning

Excellent service, cannot fault your technicians. I pay in advance (every six months) which I was wary of at first but I would recommend this system to all your customers because I know that my windows are cleaned every four weeks. I also like the way I receive an email the day before the technicians are due to visit. The advance payment means I don't have to worry about either being in or having to send a cheque each month. Thanks again, I would happily recommend your service.

I cancelled the contract to clean my windows when I was informed that there would be a 50% increase in cost. That seemed to be understood and I later turned down an offer by them to clean the windows. I got a text message this week saying that my windows would be cleaned. I left a voicemail message explaining the contract had been cancelled and not to clean the windows. I spoke to a woman the next morning saying the same and was assured that the cleaning team would be told to not clean the windows. When I got home a card claiming the windows had been cleaned had been put through my letterbox. The windows had not been cleaned or if they had it was not to an acceptable standard. I expressed my annoyance in an email to them. I tried ringing them today and left a voicemail expressing my feelings on their behaviour. I will be interested in seeing other reviews of this firm. I know a neighbour cancelled because of an issue with them.

This company have provided us with a reliable and efficient service to our home for several years now. Communication has been excellent, particularly during the last year of the pandemic; necessary changes in delivery of their services have been carefully and meticulously explained, and updates have been appropriate and timely. Highly recommended

I have been satisfied with the service and when my charge was increased by £1 from £16. to £17 earlier this year I had no hesitation in agreeing, Please not that for the following months you actually were only charging£14. I am HONEST and of course paid £17. I was appalled today when I was called to query why I hadn't paid yesterday's charge.I ALWAYS pay within 3/4 days by Bank Transfer. I have had hospital & nurse appointments this weekThe female caller was rude and put down the phone and obviously is refusing my contact by phone. Please reply or it's Goodbye

We have just received an email to say our windows have been cleaned. We have never asked this company to clean our windows. It was only an enquiry to see how much it would be and when it would be done. We decided not to go ahead as the house concern is a holiday home, and they could not do it on the change over day. I did pay for 2 cleans as I got a bill, we made it very clear that we do not want the windows cleaning again. I am still receiving emails to say I owe money for my windows cleaning.
