We recently had an issue with black mould in our home. I spoke with Raj over the phone who talked me through the necessary mould remediation process and quickly arranged for this to be carried out. Raj was so friendly, helpful and informative. He was able to answer any and all questions and concerns I had. Craig carried out the mould remediation for us. We are absolutely delighted with the work he has done. He worked quickly, thoroughly and was so informative. When i first spoke to Kristina she was so kind and understanding of what i needed in regards to the Pigeon Guano problem that i had. I needed the job to be carried out as soon as possible and they made an appointment the very next day. I was so impressed at how quick and efficient the service was. Needed a damp and timber report for my mortgage offer to come through. Spoke to Kim on the phone and she explained what they would do and they managed to carry out the report in very short notice. It was a very thorough report, I’m very impressed by the service I received and if I need anything like this carried out in the future I will definitely contact them again. Amazing service.
