versaCLEAN

Five start service, been using versaCLEAN for a good few years. Always happy with the finished result. Windows always look fresh and shiny after. I know family and friends who use them and are very happy with the service too. Thanks Team versaCLEAN.

Had our first clean today. Everything seems fine and windows look nice and clean. I set up my payment before hand and my payment was taken promptly.

Have asked time and time again for sort code and account number eventually got it which took a while along with not so nice messages about needing payment we asked for face to face chat and also stopped service until payment issues had been resolved. Yet they still cleaned my windows .Have been personally to there home and address of there company no one in . Have dialled number just beeps then call ends . I’m now being sent to a collection service . Absolutely no customer care I’m so heart broken and very disappointed . All screen shots are logged . I just wanted to pay my bill on the day . I live in baddeley green I hope you get in touch because I do not know what else to do . I have attempted to pay with balance but my bank is concerned that the bank details are legit please can you contact me I live in baddeley green St27lj

I was very disappointed with the clean, my daughter was at home, when they were cleaned, so when I got home the windows did not look cleaned . They only used water and NO soap they are supposed to be a professional company . I have emailed them with a complaint and have asked for a refund but I got no reply . I would never let them clean my windows again unprofessional, cleaners

My first experience. I had a lot of dust on windows due to building work. They are gleaming now. Instructions were followed. Very happy.
