Vera Dry Cleaners

First time that I have used Vera’s Dry Cleaners and I was, not only highly impressed with the standard and quality of the dry cleaning service, but also extremely impressed with customer service provided by both Sam & Rob in the shop. Well done to all and I’ll be definitely using your service in the future.

Had the best experience here with getting my bridesmaids dress altered! Got it back within a couple of days, had to have a further alteration with change of shoes but again super quick turn around. Lovely staff and will definitely be going back in the future. Thanks again!

Chewing gum on a nice pair of black jeans when I sat down on the bus I thought they were done for. Took them to the little secret place in Hanley. No trace of the gum left. Great job and I'm really happy.

I have been wanting to get my clothes I brought for dry cleaning since December 2025 . I have been calling the suppose number and visited the office twice but all to no avail.

I took my wedding dress a year after our wedding to get cleaned, I was fully expecting that the marks at the bottom of the skirt would never come out because I left it so long. When I collected the dress it was pristine again! I'm so impressed with the work they did; when I dropped it off the lady was so kind and thorough looking over the dress with me. I was put at complete ease knowing I could trust them with this important piece. They did every they could to protect the delicate beaded details so nothing was lost or came loose. I'm over the moon!
