Validus Property Consultants

I used Validus Property Consultants for a Home Buyers Survey and I was blown away with the level of service I received. I initially liaised with Karen, who was exceptionally professional and friendly, and she talked me through the various options and services. A date was set and Chris attended the property to carry out the Survey. I was kept informed every step of the way and received my full report and any questions I had Karen was more than happy to answer. I cannot recommend Validus Property Services highly enough!!

Shambolic company to use. We paid £650 for a level 2 survey which did not pick up the dry rot in two bedrooms. Both areas were easy to access despite the surveyor saying it wasn't, we proved it was by using our own meter readings. We paid for an experienced surveyor to survey the property, we did not get this. Do not use this company, they will take your money then hide behind the RICS laughable guidelines. We have shown to the adjudicator where there was damp with pictures and readings, this was dismissed by the adjudicator...why? We proved our point yet they still sided with the surveyor. Do not use this company, they are not professional and couldn't care less about the issues they miss, costing us sixthousand to put right, along with the stress that this created.

I had a property survey done by Validus last month. Contact beforehand was excellent and they helped me to find the right survey for my needs and property (even though it was cheaper than the one I’d asked for). Survey was done without a problem and reports delivered on time - the report was more thorough and helpful than I thought it would be. Highly recommended, based on my experiences.

Validus carried out a survey on our house. We were very impressed. Very thorough and professional.

Excellent service
