Unblemished Liverpool

We have had Unblemished providing a cleaning service for the last 10 years. I have found them to be hardworking, efficient, trustworthy and flexible. We have recommended them to friends who have also been very happy with their service. Its great to get in from work and find a spotless house and it gives us more time to do the things we enjoy.

I've been working with Linda, Suzanne, and the team at Unblemished since 2015, and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. They're professional, punctual, transparent, and approachable. We run a serviced accommodation company in the city, where the cleaning and turnovers are very time sensitive. They have always delivered and brought our properties up to show-room standard week-in week-out. They're very hands-on with training their employees and I believe this is why standards have remained so high. They take responsibility and always use their initiative - something which is difficult to come by. Most other cleaners will just stick to exactly what you ask them to do, and not think about your objectives as a business. With Linda and Sue, I'm able to sit down and clarify my business goals to them, and they in turn train their employees to take these on board when performing cleans - reporting anything out of the ordinary, and coming up with solutions rather than adding to my list of problems. I could not recommend them more strongly!

This company never fails to please me. I am a working...very busy single parent of an autistic teenager...and a crazy dog. None of this ever is an issue. The staff work round the madness of my busy life. The attention to detail is amazing ...as is the sheer hard work put into my once a week clean!! Sometimes I have to chop and change my schedule and they just work with me on this. I trust them with a front door key and with everything in my house. Honestly I couldn't recommend any other company better than UNBLEMISHED....and Id tried a few before settling with them. Sometimes I come home after a hugely busy week....walk into my house and I could cry with delight and relief at how immaculate and fresh and serene my house is after UNBLEMISHED have been. 10 out of 10 for me always. Would highly recommend! Used this team of cleaners for a number of years now in our current and previous home. Great service. Love coming home to a beautifully clean house. Worth every penny. Professional, friendly, flexible and accommodating.

Had used this company for a deep clean and oven clean before we move home. Completely nightmare! First the cleaner break the oven(lost a screw) , there are room left completely not hovered, dirty marks still on the bath and on the door of the kitchen cabinet. (They say I booked a wrong service, should book a moving home service...) Asked to fix the oven before we made payment, it takes ages! The owner finally fixed the oven with a different oven screw, we just need it checked. The owner of the company Gary got angry and refused to return the key, keeps sending harrassing message to request payment. Not recommend at all!!! It's rubbish.
