Ultra clean Cleaners Mountain Ash Cleaners Aberdare Cleaners Pontypridd

Here is an honest review of Ultra clean wales and Ultra clean (they’re the same company). Firstly the good, if Sammie was working, she is absolutely the best, I would know instantly if she had been here because the house was immaculate and gleaming and I was willing to put up with a lot to keep her. However the issues became too great. My mam also had this company for their cleaners but weren’t happy with the quality and being let down, so she cancelled the contract. Unfortunately she could not get her keys back. It got to a point where they no longer responded. As I still had a professional relationship with them I tried to get my mother’s keys back. We eventually got one key back, we requested the other one several times, we finally received a key but it was the wrong one. I therefore have someone’s key in my house. The company owner does not know who it belongs to. However she hopes it’s an old one. After being let down a number of times (even though I didn’t want to lose the brilliant Sammie) I decided I needed to end the contract at the beginning of September 2024. Unfortunately I have not had my key returned. I’ve asked several times in Sept, then October, December and then last week. I offered several times to pick it up to save them the trip. I often don’t get a response, but last week I was informed that they apparently posted it to me back in October. I clearly have not received this. It would appear that they sent my front door key to my house, I’ve asked them to check the postal tracking, as surely no one would post a key to the address the key opens! I’ve not had a response to this however. It is highly concerning that they’ve managed to lose keys for two of their customers. When I start a new contract with a company I ask that they do not use photos of the house. Imagine my surprise to see several photos of my house on their Facebook page (dated after our contract was ended). I also mentioned this last week, and was told they would be immediately taken down. They are still there. It was being let down once again, that helped make the decision to write this in a public forum. As a hope to get a response even though I hate the idea I said that I would need to pop a review on here. It appears to be my only form of recourse. I was then told that apparently I like to make trouble for people. Over the last 13 years I’ve prob had 5 cleaners, one moved to a different area so not to do with me, and in fairness I do have high standards, i.e. that they turn up and do a good job. I let companies know this at the start. In fairness, if I’m paying for a service, I do expect that service to be good. Quick update, it was pointed out to me that the reckless actions of this company of sending my key to my address would likely invalidate my insurance. So I’ve just had to pay to get the locks changed! At least I can rest easy that easy access to my house is no longer an issue. Also they’re still using photos of my house to sell their business. I only wish I could trust their word that they would remove them! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Expected them at 2pm, gave up waiting by 4pm (not that they ever showed). Supposedly they were late due to being caught in traffic caused by an accident. A quick search on multiple traffic viewing website quickly proved this was a lie. Absolute disgrace, go find virtually any other cleaning company.

What a gem to work with. Always on time never complain. Luis doesn't just clean and set up our houses but notify us about any issues and repairs within our properties. You are an absolute pleasure to work with.

The Girls did a fantastic job on my property really happy with the result will definitely use this company again in the future.

Highly recommend ultra clean! The girls have been coming to me for the past year and each week they do an excellent job! I'd be lost without them!
