UKWindowClean

Cannot give one star. Been looking for a window cleaner for about a year. A window cleaner who will clean my windows and not give me excuses and who will actually bother to ‘turn up’. This company emailed me back after enquiring about their services. They stated that they offer a “free” first clean to see how I like their services. I waited for the ‘booked’ appointment day from the start of May till May 29th (the cleaning day). So by now my windows were filthy. I came home from work to find....... Zero evidence of any window cleaning. No water on the ground, windows still have the same bird plop and cobwebs as they did the night before. I left a message on the company voicemail but no reply and no explaination. Did the company go bust during May? Or they’re a dodgy “rogue” company or they’re just bloody lazy, (like all window cleaners it seems). Not sure where they get all the 5 stars from. Probably a paid “rater” to make them look good. I suggest cleaning your windows yourself. I’ll be spending my next day off hanging out my first floor flat windows once again...

Easy to get in contact with service rep, prompt and did a great job with move out clean. They were done prior to alotted time also.

The guy did an excellent job on my windows. They had paid great attention to detail, not leaving any corners undone.

They are very friendly and does a thorough job cleaning my windows. My windows are spotless.

The guy arrived on time. I am also pleased with their work.
