UKWindowClean

TERRIBLE. We live in an all female student house and the man who came to clean our windows was horrible to both myself and to my housemates. He refused to clean half of the windows, telling us he 'just can't' and told us that we couldn't expect the ones he DID clean to be fully clean. He did not offer us a refund, any sort of discount or an actual explanation. This was over two months ago and the customer service support has been non-existent. We were told at the start of September that they would help us with this but apart from one follow up email that was also ignored, they have not responded or even picked up the phone since. We feel massively taken advantage of as a house of students: our windows are still dirty and we are still out of pocket.

Having UK Window Clean come and clean is like giving my windows a spa treatment. Until this last week, I would come home from work after the team had been there and the windows was clean and pleasant.

I was surprised with the service that this company provided at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend UK Window Clean..

Awesome service provided, both by the cleaners themselves and the office team.

Best window cleaning services I have tried so far.
