UK Retrofit Solutions

This company put out fliers to apply for a Govt scheme - ECO4 Flex, promising to upgrade my property’s energy rating with a new boiler. My application was never passed on as they have not paid their onboarding fee. DO NOT TRUST THEM! I have been living without heating or hot water for 5 months due to their failure to provide services as advertised. They are saying this is a problem with my council. They are the ones who let me know that they had not paid the onboarding fee and had not passed on my application. I have also had this confirmed by NEF Supplier Network and so my review still stands.
