TSS Security Systems Limited

Absolutely shocking service, we have been waiting 2 weeks for promised call backs re someone coming out to issue new fobs. Then we were told we had to pay in full then someone would come out. I did this but was told we don't know when anyone will be out. Asked to speak to a manager, apparently all in meetings. Was promised a call back. Finally had a email saying no managers in the country. How can a business run like this I have dealt with 3 employees and each one didn't have a clue and no customer service experience. In the end after weeks of waiting iv had a refund. Please don't waste your time with this company!

I contacted Rob to request a site visit after a break in and he responded very promptly. He quickly provided me with a quote for what I needed and talked me through my options. Although I didn't order all on the quote, TSS still proceeded to offer a great service and I am really pleased with what they have done. Work was scheduled, kept too and completed to a very good standard. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service by the team at TSS. Had an issue with our shop's shutter (installed by another company) that wasn't closing all the way to the ground. A quick call to TSS and the techs were with us following morning, explained the nature of the problem & fixed within 20 mins. A+

Very good service and staff are very friendly. Rob the manager is very organised. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Always a well done job at a time that suits you
