Truro Launderette

I had a fantastic experience at this launderette and wanted to say a huge thank you to the staff. I arrived a little after 4pm on a Friday with a very large load of laundry, even though I understand that no new washes are usually taken after 4pm. The lady working there was incredibly kind and accommodating. She not only allowed me to do my washing but also helped me set up the machines and made the whole process much easier. Because I had such a large amount of laundry, the washing and drying took longer than expected. I felt quite guilty as the launderette closes at 5pm, but she repeatedly reassured me not to rush and was happy to stay beyond closing time until I had finished. Her kindness, patience, and positive attitude made what could have been a stressful situation completely stress-free. The customer service was truly outstanding. It's rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I am extremely grateful for her support and would highly recommend this launderette to anyone looking for excellent service and friendly staff. Thank you again!

The woman working at the launderette was fantastic! Helpful, friendly, put us at ease, got us soap and even moved our laundry to the dryer (told us to go out and enjoy the town and come back when dryers were done). Also, the place is clean, has nice seating, and there's coffee/tea for free. This is easily the best launderette experience while traveling that we've ever had, highly recommended!

The most sweetest, warm, attentive people you will ever meet. I've been going here the last few weeks as our washing machine broke down and they are round the corner from me, every time I go here they bring joy and smiles to a mundane chore. They make you feel totally at home. Lovely atmosphere and amazing service. Cannot reccomend them enough 💖

I've used this place for many years now and I've always had good experiences with the staff in this launderette, washers are good and the dryers are great. My only ask if that they could be open on a Sunday or do a late night evening as I work until 5pm mon- Fri and by the time I've come home they've closed and I need to get my washing dried for the following day. Apart from that, I love this place and the lady here are wonderful!!!

Very lovely lady running the place helped us use the machines, she also let us go while it was running and kept an eye on our laundry. Lovely place, very clean and help, kind, approachable and friendly staff. Reasonable price also.
