Topline Roofing & Property Maintenance

John was very punctual when we requested a quote, he was very knowledgeable, giving us several options of work we could have. He and his team have been polite, hard working and efficient. They have kept us informed on what work was being undertaken and when they could do it as they have had to deal with every weather condition imaginable. The roof replacements including the installation of new skylights and internal decorating has now been finished and we are very happy everything. Would recommend to anyone needing any work done! 10/10

I had an old flat roof porch roof that needed replacing. I wanted a new tiled roof. John provided a quote which was competitive and clearly explained what I was paying for. Communication on timescales was brilliant. Work is now finished and the roof looks amazing. Much smarter, and nicer! The guys that did the work were hard workers, here early and working tirelessly all day. Friendly and polite when I spoke to them. They also put time in to clean up before they left. I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend John and his team. From start to finish a very professional job re-roofing our house. Very reliable and hard working, leaving the site spotless every evening taking all rubbish away daily. Always kept up to date with the progress and estimated completion. Would definitely use again.

I had a leak in my flat roof extension which needed urgent attention, John came out straight away and was able to fit me into his schedule quickly (As soon as the weather allowed!) John and his team worked very hard, provided a great service from start to finish. Very professional and left the place clean and tidy. I would highly recommend it.

Highly recommend John and his team. They are responsive, punctual and efficient. The work was completed in a very quick timeframe and they left the place spotless. They are very nice, trustworthy people.
