Martin in the Salisbury store was amazing. I’d snapped the key off in the lock and he extracted the broken bit and cut me a new key from it. With the new key and plenty of advice from Martin and his colleague I headed for home a happy man. Thanks fellas.

I’ve just had some very special laser engraving done by Barrie at Timpsons. An antique box with antique brass plaque for our beautiful dogs ashes. Barrie took so much time & care. It’s perfect. Thank you so much - couldn’t recommend this laser engraving more highly!
