Went to see the store in pembroke dock spoke to someone called Dave, no customer service skills at all he was miserable didn't even get out his chair. Will not visit the store in pembroke dock until reece is there . , reece is incredible with warm and friendly

Really good experience. Very helpful and polite. Thank you

The guy with the beard is the happiest guy on the planet. Couldn't have been more helpful and right at the end of his shift. Friendliest, quickest service, would highly recommend for car key batteries and key cutting services!

Unfortunately i cannot give more than 3 stars. I think it depends on which staff is on. But someone here destroyed a new £95 pr of workboots.. it took photos, complaints etc before they finally refunded our money, AND paid for a new pair of boots. Unfortunately it doesn't excuse the awful workmanship and arrogant attitude of the member of staff.

I had one small luggage key cut that took 30 seconds labour and was charged £20 which is a rip off. I’m all for making a healthy profit but that was that was greed and very short sighted. Teat every customer like that and that’s what you get known for. I now go to the place by Merlins bridge roundabout. Proper customer old school service without getting fleeced!
