Tidal Cleaning Services

Rob did a fabulous job today, my windows haven't been cleaned for at least a year and he left them spotless. The clean included all the doors, frames and sills and at such a great price. Highly recommend him ☺️

This company, is rude, lazy and unprofessional. I had my windows cleaned a couple of times. I put it on hold. Meanwhile they came back to me. I asked if instead of monthly I was able to clean them every eight weeks. Price from £23 went up to £33. I questioned that. They said because the windows are left longer it will collect more dirt. I responded in the ten years if having my windows cleaned, I have never heard such a thing. Which to me indicates this company is lazy and incapable of business, not to mention this is a household not a construction site which means the only thing windows will catch is a bit of dust. They then responded, I will copy pates. “ Good afternoon Sarah, Thank you for the message. Our pricing structure is universal across the UK and in keeping with the market value for all WFP cleans. As such we cannot change that. Feeling the way you have portrayed in your message, I may suggest that you seek an alternative cleaning company as on this occasion we cannot meet your request. We have cancelled the service request for you and thank you for your interest in Tidal. Kind regards, Tidal Team” This is not the way to do business at all, unfortunate as I have always done my windows every month, but I asked a question for my neighbour. Do not recommend whatsoever.

This company really do a great job and they don’t just clean the windows! They clean the frames and sills too!
