TI Security

We have used TI Security for many years. Our wired system is getting on a bit now and it suddenly went off at 04.30 one morning, even though it wasn't set. We called TI at 08.00 and they sent an engineer at 12.00! Chris was great. He checked the system and explained a few issues that he was able to sort. Chris is very personable and thorough. Excellent service.

Thomas and Jun came to work on our Fire Alarm System — two wonderful chaps. They were professional, an absolute delight to have in the building, and excellent workers. They cleaned up after themselves and carried out the job to a very high standard on day number 1 of 3.

Luke D fixed a fault with our alarm. He was great and super helpful, doing a service for us at the same time, explaining some of the features of the alarm we weren't aware of. We've used TI Security a few times and have always been pleased with the care and level of service they provide

Chris (Clarkson) as always gives great professional customer service, with a friendly smile . Great knowledge and problem solving! Many thanks.

We had our alarm system and CCTV serviced yesterday and the engineer Luke was fantastic. From start to finish, he kept us informed with what he was doing and why, he was very knowledgeable about the systems we used and also provided us with tips on usage. What a great experience and we will certainly be using TI Security in the future.
