Thornhill Damp Proofing Liverpool

Due to good reviews I chose this company for a damp survey with the expectation I would get them to do the work. The survey was carried out but six weeks later I have had no report and have phoned every week with no response from Thornhill. You can only get through to a voicemail. So now I am £200 out of pocket with no report and a delay in getting the work I need done. Would never use this company again.

Fantastic service recently had damp in our home and Liam came and was very thorough and clear with his free evaluation, course if action and execution. Clean and efficient work and excellent price too, we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Under our circumstances they also provided us a 10 year guarantee for peace of mind and I couldn't recommend Liam more.

I got a couple of quotes for damp proofing work that needed doing, and chose Thornhill even though Liam's quote was the higher of the two, and I'm glad I did. Liam did a thorough and professional job, and in fact, went above and beyond what we'd contracted for. He was detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and skilled, and he did a fabulous job. He was true to his word and always pleasant to deal with. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

At first they were responsive and engaging and have carried out 'part' of work. For some unexplained reason they are now totally unresponsive and the work remains INCOMPLETE! I looked for recent reviews to see if they had gone-out-business having left several voice-mails. In total I have called them 16 times, emailed them 25 times, sent them two letters the last being on 8-Apr-22 was a letter of compliant, which has gone unanswered. See photo of unfinished work missing skirting-board. I have waited until now to post a review, hoping they would get back to me. I have received no explanation from Thornhill for their recent behaviour so would NOT recommend. I too are down £200 for a quote on another a property I NEVER received.

We used Thornhill damp to do some damp proofing work on our house in Liverpool. Tenant pleased and so are we, sent pictures as to keep us updated everyday. 5 star service and if we ever need damp proofing work on another property I will be using them again. Thank you!
