Good communications to assess the work needed to be done including a site meeting. Friendly and supportive staff on the phone and efficient and professional tradesmen on site. Have used Steadfast for many years.

The Manger team Please do not take care of the staff here, ensure they work all day, even if it is allowed. I have reported them to the Trading Standards department The service was poor, resulting in a collision with my vehicle.

Receptionist was polite and if she didn't know something she would find out and call back, the engineer was very helpful and did the job asked.

I’ve been using Steadfast for my house alarm system and CCTV for 7 years now. The customer service is first class and they are very quick to solve any issues or break downs
