My wife and I flew from Canada to the UK for Take That's London shows. These folks were able to maintain professionalism with tens of thousand of fans, all while making sure they felt safe and hydrated. The staff were absolute professionals. My wife works in entertainment and if these guys ever came to Canada, we would hire them.

Professional security officers working at Stratford International. After the match at West Ham United things were getting heated at the entrance of the train station with fans raging at the security. The guys from SES handled the situation well. Well done 👍

Appalling service, abusive staff. I had one of the worst experiences of my life with SES Security at an LSE Student Union event. A male staff member shouted at me aggressively without cause, made personal comments about my family (completely inappropriate and untrue), and then followed me up the stairs screaming at me. Other women in more revealing clothing were left alone, but as a Black woman I was the only one targeted — which makes me believe this was racially motivated. The behaviour was intimidating, humiliating, and totally unprofessional. This was not security — it was harassment. Staff are clearly untrained in de-escalation, respect, or equality, and their conduct raises serious questions about the hiring and vetting practices of SES. I was fully sober, calm, and of clear conscience. Yet I was verbally abused, racially profiled, and ridiculed by someone who should have been ensuring my safety. When I raised it with management, I had little confidence it would be taken seriously. SES is not fit to be trusted with student or public safety. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I saw SES in action at an Oasis concert and they were fantastic. The group in front of us at the barrier were particularly helpful with taking photos, communicating with us and keeping a look out for us. They looked like a proper good group to work with too. Can't fault them from a spectator point of view. Might even apply to work with them.

Really impressed with the security today at Union Chapel London. Virne in particular stood out - she was really looking out for people, provided water without being asked, polite even when people were getting in the way on the path - and still smiling at the end of the evening. A real credit to your company
