Cannot praise highly enough the standard at which the Rug Laundry operates. My rugs were dealt with by the Carmarthenshire branch. First class service from start to finish . My 2 rugs were really dirty - they'd been in my hallway for about 10 years and had to cope with feet walking over them everyday. I was expecting my rugs to be clean but they were like new! At such a reasonable price as well. The Rug Laundry will be my 'go to' when I need them cleaned again. A pleasure to deal with I can't recommend them enough.

A big thank you to Troy and the team - lovely job on all 3 carpets. The dog is now banned from the living room. Have already recommended you to my sister.

Excellent service, I have found all the staff friendly, helpful, honest and efficient. I have used this company twice now and will do so again. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
