The Rug Laundry

Excellent 5 Star Service! I cannot recommend The Rug Laundry Cardiff highly enough. The team were incredibly helpful and professional, turning round a request to meet our timescales of moving, as I wanted the rugs clean in preparation for our next house. Their communications were prompt and informative. UPDATED 12/02/24 - I have finally unwrapped one of the rugs. I've had this rug for years therefore, it's been through a lot. It was in my living room for 2yrs and then lived under the dining table for 3yrs. It was subjected to muddy shoes and paws, dropped food and drink, and doggie accidents. I love this rug and it was no longer for sale and I couldn't find anything near as nice. I'm so pleased the team were able to make it look and smell like new. My vax just didn't cut it! It sets off our new living room wonderfully. Thank you again!

A really friendly and professional service from start to finish, my rug looks amazing and I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends.

I am very pleased with the results. They deserve more than 5 stars. there were blood stains on the rugs and my rugs were very smelly because of mold and pets. The rug laundry has done an amazing job. I will definitely be using them again and I can not recommend them enough. they deserve any penny they charge for their great job. Thank you Sara from Cheltenham
