The Pink Elephant Cleaning Co Ltd

This is the 2nd time we’ve had Pink Elephant clean out rugs and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Michael went above and beyond in trying to rid our rug of some muddy footprints. Thanks again Michael, you’re brilliant!

Ex Housing Officer Recommends Pink Elephant! Ours is a service family with 4 x children and a dog and we have been living in SFA in Wiltshire for 3 x years. As I leave service, our carpets were bogging, stained and marked; Michael and the team have done a fantastic job bringing them back to life for March Out! No issues and very happy with the results. Thank you!

Did not attend the end-of-tenancy clean. Cleaning was originally scheduled for 15 December; however, after multiple follow-ups, we were given various reasons for non-attendance, including that the van had overheated and that Mike was in hospital. We gave Mike the benefit of the doubt and rearranged the clean for 30 December, at which point he confirmed he would attend, particularly as the tenancy was due to end on 31 December. He did not attend on 30 December and is now unresponsive to calls and messages. It is unclear why Mike was unable to be honest at an earlier stage, as this would have allowed us to arrange an alternative cleaning company.

Mike was really kind to come over to look over some paint stains left by a decorator on our brand new carpets. He tried his best to get the stains out. Even though he was unsuccessful I really appreciated his time and advice on the situation. I would definitely use Mike again for any future carpet stains.

Moving home is always a stressful time, end of tenancy cleaning is always something that one wonders how good of a service you will get. Pink Elephant was recommended to me, call me old fashioned but word of mouth is still the best way to go... Mike was amazing form day one, responsive on the quote, flexible with all of the last minute changes with removals etc. - Work was performed quickly and amazing... the carpets are not new, we have dogs but after the work everything looked brand new! Could not recommend highly enough!
