I had an issue with rodents. I could hear noises and had no clue what the problem was. The Pest Master came out to my property the following day and carried out an inspection. He told me the issue was rats. He started the treatment on the same day. After three visits I heard no more noise, problem solved. Wayne was very helpful, answered all of my questions and was extremely friendly. He really did put me at ease. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have used the pest master for both my home and business premises for wasp problems over the summer. Wayne was prompt, friendly, helpful and had extremely reasonable prices. He was able to come out the very same day and dealt with our wasp situation safely and effectively. I would definitely recommend the pest master to anyone who wanted a reliable professional.

We had an issue with bed bugs, I phoned the pest master and a chap called Wayne came round. He was very friendly. He managed to get rid of them for us, he was clean an tidy with his work. I especially liked how he phoned me a few days later to check that the issue had been resolved, this was a nice touch I thought. I would definitely recommend the pest master to everyone and I would use them again if I had any issues.

Well, what can I say about Wayne & Sarah. Professional through and through. We have used them a couple of times over the years. 1st time was for my mum who had a bee hive problem. He came out to give a free consultation, to establish the problem. Luckily for mum he had what he needed to capture the bee hive (unharmed). He talked mum through what would happen next and the time scales she should expect to have them gone completely. He took the whole bee hive, still intact and set it free in the wild, no harm to the bees at all. They then came to our house a while later when we had an issue with wasps. He then thoroughly checked the house and the loft free of charge to try find out where the nest was. Turned out the wasps weren’t in our property. He didn’t charge a call out fee. Sarah accompanied Wayne both times and she was very lovely, very chatty while Wayne was doing what he needed to. They were smart, in company clothing to match the van they drive, they were punctual, professional and careful. They tided up after themselves and didn’t leave any mess. I can’t recommend them enough for any pest needs. They’re the best around.

Brilliant service from start to finish, I was kept informed about my appointment and on the day I was given a slot when the team would arrive.y rodent problem has been attended by two other pest control companies who have not been able to sort out the issue. Two weeks after having two visits from the pest master team, I'm left with nothing remaining and a happy customer, I cannot recommend these guys enough! From start to finish, everything felt professional and well done, thank you everything you have done for me and my family. Happy customer.
