From our initial conversation with Adam in choosing our new doors, to the final touches from Harvey the installer, we are so impressed with Home Design Group. We were kept well informed and everything went so smoothly and timely; Harvey was meticulous and tidy; we are well pleased with our new doors from HDG and would definitely recommend them. Very professional company ☺️

Very pleased with service provided by Home Design Group. Personnel were professional in manner from initial phone call, through consultation to final installation of front door. I particularly liked the What happens Next? document you received at the initial consultation. It gave estimated timescales from date of contract signed and was a very useful guide as to were you were on the journey e.g when survey department would be in touch, when techical surveyor would meet to take accurate measurements, when installation department would be in touch to arrange fitting date and when fitting would commence. Details of payment were also on this document. A useful reference. This entire process was discussed with consultant Adam. He listened carefully to my wishes and was able to show me examples. This was helpful in making my final decisions. Installation work was completed in timely manner. Everything left clean and tidy. Very happy with my front door and with Home design Group for making it happen hassle free.

We recently used Home Design Group to replace all of our windows and front door. From the start, Adam offered excellent advice and was incredibly helpful when discussing ideas. We were kept updated every step of the way, from placing the order right through to installation, which really gave us confidence in the process. The windows were fitted exactly as planned, and the installers did a fantastic job. We’re really pleased with the end result. The new windows have made a noticeable difference to both the look and warmth of our home. The quality of the products is excellent, and the installation team’s workmanship was of a very high standard. We have now asked the company to return to replace the doors at the back of the house, as well as the soffits, fascia, and gutters. We would definitely recommend Home Design Group.

Great experience with the Home Design Group to get my roofline sorted - new gutters, fascia, soffits, downpipes and upper cladding. The initial callout was thorough and Michael was able to answer any questions I had and provided a quote on the spot. Price was good and lower than I had expected. Got things booked in, had a bit of a wait but the guys arrived on time on the date scheduled and got everything done to great standard within two days. All rubbish removed. Would recommend the team on to anyone looking similar work done.
