The Helping Hands Group Ltd

Suzanne and the team were outstanding. I was selling my holiday home in the area, and after being let down by another cleaning company, helping hands came in last minute and sorted me out. I cannot thank Suzanne and the team enough, from start to finish everything was thought through and dealt with. The team were friendly, professional and efficient. Suzanne I am indebted to you, I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of helping hands services.

The service and level of care given by helping hands is excellent. Both of my parents have dementia and historically I have struggled finding the right carers but I think the maturity of the carers used by HH makes a big difference due to the level of life experience. My parents are very happy and this takes a big weight off my mind. Highly recommended.

We have been with Helping Hands for almost nineteen years and really appreciate their reliability. The standard of care taken in our home cannot be faulted and we are very happy to recommend them.

Our first day with our Helping Hands team and it’s been fantastic. We are still moving into the house + unexpectedly had to have the builders back to do some work on the bathrooms all on the day we had booked our first visit.Despite all the hurdles we threw at them the team turned up on time , were super accommodating, super nice , super organised and super professional and kept a smile on their faces.Really excited that they are going to be our team going forward. Finally found a company that puts customers first.Brilliant job.

My mother has had helping hands for sometime now, the team are fantastic, friendly, thorough and willing to adapt to what is needed. They work as a small team and blitz the house like a bunch of soldier ants - very impressive and effiecent. Would recommend them without doubt.
