The reviews left here are somewhat misleading and probably spam posts. I use Beacon to respond to my alarm and they've never failed to deliver. Even when I've messed things up their knowledgeable staff have talked me through what to do, and given me advice. Their prices are great and they're honest, transparent, and reliable. They're also available on the phone 24 hours a day which offers reassurance.

I wouldn’t have even given this company one star if I’m honest! The one star is for the security team on the day, were very polite and professional however, the manager - Matt I believe his name is, was one of the worst, rudeness, unorganised people I have ever dealt with. Now I run my own business and I know the importance of reviews and I am sorry to come on and complain, but I was so appalled by the service I received in the summer I felt compelled to say something. I booked the event in months in advance with confirmation. I then emailed about a month before the event, just to check in, and was told that it wasn’t in the calendar but it would be sorted. Then when I tried to follow up with Matt, he hung up on me numerous times, didn’t reply to msgs or emails. I even drove round to the office and knocked on the door to speak to him and he refused to come down and give me an answer. Won’t go into anymore detail but will never be using this company again and will never recommend. - 5 stars

The handling of traffic flow by the roundabout at Brighton Pier was absolutely despicable.. the beacon security group was solely responsible for this,and did nothing to move traffic through even though the road was clear and empty Absolute joke this i hope Brighton and hove Poorly run council are paying for that disaster. Especially at a time fuel prices are so high the idiots still stopped traffic when there was nobody or any other traffic coming

Cleaned windows for company back in July 2014 and company have refused to pay for work even though I have e-mails saying thanks for work. Cannot comment on work as a customer but as a supplier you can make your own mind up.

Very unprofessional company!! Staff are not fully vetted or trained. Very high turnover of staff due to the poor level of management. If you need a security company, choose someone else!!
