TFS Group (Total Facility Solutions Ltd)

I started with TFS back in August 2021. This job has given me such a fantastic work life balance as Becky is very accommodating to every individuals situation allowing you to have flexibility on working hours. Very relaxed, not micro managed at all. Nice job with no stress or workplace politics. Just go in, earn your money go home, very chilled. Pay allows me to live a comfortable lifestyle. Love that you get bank holidays off full pay, which is a huge bonus after working unsociable hours for many years. Obviously as every company there are teething problems but they do try to react very quickly to solving them. Overall very satisfied.

I have read the reviews on here with regards to pay, my history and how they converse with me are very positive. They have put in place a new payment scheme over a year ago now, so on payday I am paid very early in the day. I am told this is because they need to make a few changes for hours for some staff, which I can understand.

Un-organised company with no communication skills. Felt very used, they didn't have the decency to tell me my position of the job was only temporary until last minute, then had aload of hassle trying to get my money owed to me.

Horrible company

Helpful and responsive
