Tay Fire & Security Ltd

Used this company to service my fire alarm in Feb 2022.I told them there was a fault on the system and the engineer initially managed to rectify the problem and complete the service. The next day a tenant noticed the same fault was showing on the system.I contacted the company who were uninterested, saying the system was okay when the carried out the service. Unfortunatley I had already paid them.I suspect that the engineer had managed to temporarily disable the fault and take a photo. In short I believe the company have signed off an unsafe system. I contacted CHAS the regulatory body on Tays website who didn't reply to any of my three emails.

Fantastic service from this company who cover my pre planned maintenance task across the year for 116 bed building I manage. Ellie & Mark run a great operation with great service from Gav my regular engineer, special praise has to go out to Alex, Claire and Gemma who are always on hand to answer my emails and calls…..they don’t even have to ask who I am now they recognise my Scottish twang!! Great service, great company, I highly recommend them!
