Extremely dissatisfied with the actions displayed by staff whilst working at The Bank Newry on Saturday 14th. Bouncers are extremely aggressive and actually dislocated a friend of mines shoulder as well as fracturing his rib by throwing him down the stairs onto the concrete. I also witnessed the same bouncer dragging girls around by their arm when they seemingly weren’t drunk or resisting. Absolutely no discredit to The Bank staff as they were kind and helpful when looking after people that felt unwell. Absolutely shocking behaviour from one staff member in particular and this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed this man be unnecessarily aggressive.

Driving through Royal Hillsborough to get onto the A1this morning, and there was one of your staff. Stopping traffic to allow drivers from side road onto the main. Now I normally just go with the flow but this gentleman was stopping taffic for one car at a time. He did not read the road usage.
