Superior property maintenance & improvements ltd

Nathan has just finished an excellent job for us at the United Reformed Church on Chapel Street. We have had our brown doors transformed into a lovely shade of blue. Nathan is one of the most professional people we have had the pleasure to work with. He is very professional and very meticulous with his preparation! He is also very tidy and respectful of our 200 year old building. Thank you Nathan for an excellent job. I have another one lined up for you in the next few weeks!

Nathan decorated our second bedroom. He’s very thorough, hard working and his attention to detail is impressive. He left the room clean and hoovered once finished. We will definitely be using Nathan again and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for a decorator. Thank you Nathan.

Excellent service. Took a difficult job and using expertise and knowledge made a beautiful job painting a hallway, kitchen diner and living room. Nathan takes his time to do a very thorough job making sure the prep work is excellent before applying the paint.

We’ve used Superior property maintenance & improvements on more than one occasion. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. This week they have sorted our sash windows which needed TLC and they have done a brilliant job. They are so careful, friendly and professional. We will use again and recommend to anyone who needs work doing.

This is the second job that Nathan has done for us. The first was my Mum’s kitchen and the second one was our bedroom. He is hardworking, punctual, professional and has left everything clean and tidy on completion. He has done a great job and we are very pleased with the result.
