Crap store with crap staff! Shaun liked to follow us around the entire store, despite our bags of shopping! Trying to help our mum out with shades etc ridiculous treatment will not be going again! You could save your time and money going to boots, it’s cheaper friendlier and better options (well I’m assuming so, I couldn’t get a good look as Shaun’s eyes were burning through me) OVERALL DONT GO

A nice planned out nicely. Has very friendly and helpful staff. It can be a bit messy sometimes when they are putting stock out but that's unavoidable in a way because it's aisles are quite narrow.

The young girl who served me (Tesni) was so informative and helpful. Very impressed. Service with a smile. Not a shop I use normally but I will definitely be using in future.

It would be nice if it opened on time at 9am instead of customers standing outside in the cold while the staff are chatting.

Was xmas shopping picked up a few things then me and my partner were looking at the make up as presents for mother in law.we arent 100% with make up so were having a good look .one of the staff kept popping round the corner looking at us ,felt as if she was thinking we were stealing then she disappeared out the back prob checking the cctv .got to the till and the woman reappeared and whispered to the woman serving us..probably saying we hadn't stole anything.we also got a make up deal were you get a free gift and the lady wasn't going to give it to us ..had to ask. Overall didn't like the atmosphere of the store !
