Step Up Security Services Limited

If I could give 1 star I would. Called up after being told a security was on its way by an automated system in an area that's not restricted as its a public road. Guy on phone started to speak over me after telling me was wrong number and won't let me finish. Extremely impolite, rude, and obvious attempts to intimidate. I'll be taking the idea that I can be moved on by a private company from a public access road further. I will now return to take pictures of the camera system and record the voice.

Hope they secure things better than they drive ! Knuckle dragger cut in front of me with kids in car ,then brake checked me. As I passed he was screaming something threatening out the window whilst in his company vehicle. Guess that shows what kind of security you’re going to get !

Unfortunately light failed after just over a year. Phoned them up and got a call back saying as it's over a year there was not much they could do but they would phone me after contacting the manufacturer of the light. After waiting 2 weeks I got an electrician I have used before to change the light. Turns out the light wasn't very good quality, the cable used was flat but should have been round like the connection as it could not be closed to make it water tight sufficiently! Hence the light breaking and letting in water. The screws broke off from rusting! All in all we live and learn. The 2 stars were because they were pleasant enough, just not professional enough.

Kevin can I have the username and password for the CCTV please? You are holding this information back from us.
