Hours late to the job, and left an unpainted patch on my wall when replacing an intercom. Dismissive on the phone when I asked about putting it right, and said they would email me about it but never did.

I was very pleased when your engineer appeared on the agreed date and time and proceeded in a very systematic and professional manner to check all parts of my existing system. When the testing was completed he took me through a thorough demonstration and a quick lesson on how to use the system properly. I am now reassured that my property is fully protected and secure. The engineer (Sean) who serviced our alarm system was very thorough, efficient, and really helpful. He explained things to me about the alarm that I didn't know about and sent me a up-to-date handbook on my system. All in all, he provided a totally professional service. Thank you.
