Stance Security

Just back from Call of the Wild Festival and these guys are quite simply outstanding. Security can make or break a festival. Getting the balance right between being approachable, friendly and genuinely welcoming, whilst still maintaining a safe and secure environment, is no easy task. Somehow, this team have turned it into an art form. Every single member of staff we encountered was professional, helpful, approachable and, perhaps most importantly, genuinely nice. Whether they were checking wristbands, managing access points, helping festival-goers or simply having a chat, they were consistently fabulous. As someone who attends a lot of events, I’ve seen security teams who seem to believe their role is to audition for a low-budget action film. This team were the complete opposite. Calm, visible, friendly and highly competent. They created an atmosphere where people felt safe without ever feeling policed. A huge thank you to every member of the team. You helped create exactly the kind of environment that allows a festival to thrive. Professional when needed, friendly all the time, and an absolute credit to both yourselves and the festival. Quite simply, security done right.

Today a gentleman by the name of Tudds went above and beyond to make my time at the call of the wild festival a great experience. Tudds enthusiastically gave directions to where I wanted to be, and was patient with my lack of Knowledge of the Lincoln showgrounds. Much appreciated 👍

My 4th time volunteering at Call of the Wild Festival on the wristband exchange and working alongside the fantastic Stance Security team. Very professional and courteous, responsive and reassuring. They strike the right balance between friendly and no-nonsense security. They're attentive and thorough in their approach but never overbearing. Top outfit !

Absolutely brilliant people. I fell ill attending a festival (too much sun) and they were incredibly helpful. I can’t thank them enough for all they did for me especially the chap named Tudds. He kept checking on me and escorted me to my taxi, which he had called to er me asap. They all even checked in with me for the remainder of the festival, ensuring I was better.

I was a part of the signing tent at Call of the Wild supported by Stance Security, and they were wonderful. Particular shout outs to Ant, Samantha and Neil, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was lovely to see them every time and they were great support when we needed it.
