ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIED. Having done some work for us a few weeks ago, St John's has now GIVEN OUR PHONE NUMBER to other customers to get a testimonial. We received a call on a SUNDAY NIGHT from a would-be customer. This is a complete breach of data security, totally unethical and completely inexplicable when the CCTV camera was broken within 24 hours and they forgot to connect the alarm to call us / the police when it went off. So our house was left vulnerable until the alarm went off accidentally and nothing happened. I would not recommend this company

Shambles.. Would not recommend. Never get through to them. Most numbers are not longer available. Love your money but very poor after sales if you have a problem. Do not think they realise the importance of reviews.

Very happy except for one occasion when system failed due to faulty smoke alarm
