Are your communal local authority cleaners blind ? It's absolutely ridiculous that people given a cleaning contract simply can't see what they haven't done. Your area managers are also clearly clueless because they check the job and obviously don't see what's staring them in the face. Useless is an accurate description

They clean our communal building hallway it's very small and all they do is sweep and mop the stairs and landings they don't wipe the cobwebs of the lights or hoover the front door mat which I must say collects most of the dirt, I have put a complaint in to my housing service so let's see if they will change company.

dont waste your time with this company guys…Very bad service staff wasn’t friendly at all rude and disrespectful.. left a mess everywhere no cleaning has been done very bad customer service heard they dont like to pay their staff members aswell probably the worst experience i have had with a cleaning company!!!

they cut corners all the while, if your looking for a cleaning company go elsewhere my experience is way below poor quality and i highly suggest seeking a different company for a better cleaning service, I really realty do suggest not to work here or use their services disgusting human beings honestly.
