Sphere Solutions Ltd The Construction Recruitment Experts

I worked with Amanda over the last year and have had nothing but a great experience. She is so responsive, answering my calls or calling/messaging me back, her communication is spot on, even messaging when a role doesn't work out explaining that, which so many recruiters don't even bother doing, but it is so appreciated. A very supportive and helpful person who secured me work and also kept me in mind when other roles came up. Very thankful to Amanda. Also thankful to Stewart who was equally responsive and helpful and was always at the end of the phone. They will definitely be my first call should I need a change.

I had a great experience working with Amanda. She was clear, supportive, and proactive throughout the whole process. Communication was spot on — she kept me updated at every stage and made everything feel smooth and straightforward. Thanks to her, I’ve now secured a fantastic position. Highly recommended!

I’ve used sphere solutions many times over the years for trade & labour and the quality of the candidates have been very good ,and completed their positions competently and professionally. All spheres agents have been very helpful and always manage to find the labour at short notice , they are a very professional company and definitely will be using them again.

Excellent recruitment company. Worked for these guys for over 2 years and never had any issues. Highly recommend.

They didn’t pay me for a day when I came to work and was told that nobody expected me today. Was driving 100 miles to the site a back , lost day work, time and fuel. Also agent called me lier for no reason, but after deleted message… Emailed my problem to head office but nobody responded me back. They’re just ignoring me.
