Specialized Security Products Ltd

My First experience with this company and it was like they had known me for years and we were best friends. The help to ascertain what exactly I needed was friendly and quick. The invoice and payment were extremely efficient and the kit arrived before lunch the next day. Super helpful, super friendly, very efficient. I'm hoping to not need their services again for a long time but if my gate breaks again, I know who I'll be calling. Thank you!

Customer service and expertise is on another level! I have called this morning as I had an issue with our electric gate and spoke to Rob. Rob spent at least 40 mins with me on the phone trying to direct me trough every step in order to help me to find out what the issue was. After trying and checking everything Rob has suggested that we will need someone to come and look at it. He then went away and contacted engineer that is local to us and gave us a call to confirm everything! I haven't received such a wonderful customer service in a long time! Highly recommend! Thanks Rob!

Closed our first transaction with SSP. Had a minor shipping concern but got remediated immediately. The support and sales team were very helpful and prompt in responding. The devices are well built and work perfectly as described.

Always good quality locks, power supplies, push to exit buttons and accessories.
